Delivery, Returns, Refund Policy and T&C's

Products and Orders

We roast and sell artisan coffee beans in a range of sizes and roasts, produced to order in small batches.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs appear before you confirm your order.

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and payment details.
Once your coffee has been roasted, packed, and shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.
If we cannot fulfil part or all of your order, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved international payment providers.
We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Your order becomes binding once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.
All transactions are encrypted; we do not store or see your card details.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

All coffee is roasted to order and dispatched promptly after roasting.
Typical UK delivery time is 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.
If we expect a delay, we’ll contact you straight away.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Orders outside the UK are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis; import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.

Returns and Cancellations

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel.
Returned coffee must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
If you change your mind, you’ll need to pay the return postage.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return postage and either replace or refund.
Perishable or opened coffee cannot be refunded unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method within five working days.
If returned goods are not in original condition, we may reduce or refuse the refund.

How to Arrange a Return

Email info@lokacoffee.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
We’ll confirm the return address and send instructions.
